Meet the team

Jennifer Donovan BSc(Hons) DC
Doctor of Chiropractic

Jenny graduated with first class honours from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic at the University of Glamorgan in 2001. After starting her career at a clinic in Essex she joined the Cat Hill Chiropractic Clinic in 2002 where she has enjoyed working ever since. In April 2008 Jenny took the practice over and has continued to develop and expand into The Cat Hill Clinic.

She uses a range of techniques including gentle spinal adjustments (diversified, SOT, Activator, Drop technique etc), soft tissue techniques/massage and can offer advice on posture and exercise. She has vast experience in treating a wide range of problems and people of all ages, with a particular interest in chiropractic care for pregnant women and paediatrics. After almost 20 years at the Cat Hill Clinic, she particularly enjoys being part of the local community and has encouraged a positive family feel to the practice.

Jenny enjoys music, playing piano, jogging and fitness training.

She is a registered member of the General Chiropractic Council, British Chiropractic Association and the College of Chiropractors.

Elements Physiotherapist

Elements Physiotherapy is a local friendly Physiotherapy clinic situated at Cat Hill Clinic. We treat patients who are recommended to us by word of mouth, Consultant, GP referral and Private health insurance companies.

James Qualified form University of Hertfordshire in 2006. He has worked in the NHS, private sector ad sports teams.

James joined Cat Hill Clinic April 2019 providing Physiotherapy for patients with aches and pain, injury, sports injuries, pre and post surgery: referrals by word of mouth, consultants and private health insurance companies.

Elements Physiotherapy unites the different elements of a patient’s journey through their injury: injury diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, injury prevention and education.

Elements treatments include manual therapy, acupuncture, kinesiology taping, dry needling, electrotherapy, exercise, education and ergonomic assessment/advice.

James is a member of The Society of Physiotherapy, Healthcare Professional Council and Association for Chartered Physiotherapy.

Tracy Ward ITEC IIHHT
Massage Therapist

Tracy qualified in 1997 after training at Enfield College in Anatomy & Physiology and Body Massage Therapy, followed by level 3 City & Guilds. She then went on to train in Aromatherapy (IIHHT) and Indian Head Massage (ITEC).

Tracy has been a therapeutic masseuse for 14 years, initially working in a beauty salon and then, after a break to have her children, at the Cat Hill Chiropractic Clinic where she has been treating clients for the last 5 years.

Tracy uses a holistic approach when treating her patients and carefully adapts and incorporates many techniques to suit the needs of each individual, whether it be deep tissue Swedish massage, gentle Aromatherapy or Indian Head Massage.

Tracy is a member of the International Institute of Health and Holisitic Therapies.
